Delivery & Returns

We strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you. Below, you will find our policies regarding delivery and returns. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Delivery and Shipping

Orders are processed once full payment is received. As a small team, please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order.
 

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been successfully placed.

All packages are shipped via Swiss Post Priority with tracking number, and typically arrive within 1 business day after dispatch.
 

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by postal service disruptions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have reached their destination.
 

Make sure your shipping details are correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs for re-dispatch.

Swiss Delivery:

  • Foulards: Shipping costs 4.90 CHF for one. For two or more, the cost starts from 9.00 CHF.

  • Cards: Shipping costs 2.90 CHF for up to 5 cards. For more than 5, the cost starts from 4.90 CHF.

  • The estimated total delivery time is between 2–5 business days.

International Delivery (EU & USA):

We ship internationally using Swiss Post Priority, handed off to your local postal service.
 

  • EU: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days

  • USA: Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days

 

Shipping costs depend on your country and the number of items ordered. The exact amount will be automatically calculated at checkout once your address is entered.


​Please note that import taxes or customs fees may apply upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the day of delivery, under the following conditions:
 

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, and unworn

  • Any item that is damaged, worn, or not in its original condition will not be eligible for a refund

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We do not refund original shipping fees
     

For international orders, if import taxes or customs fees were applied upon delivery, please note that these cannot be reimbursed, as they are outside of our control and the responsibility of the buyer.
 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm by email whether a refund is approved. If accepted, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days.
 

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Custom-made, personalized, or sale items are excluded from returns.
