Delivery and Shipping
We currently offer shipping within Switzerland only.

Foulards: Shipping costs 4.90 CHF for one. For two or more, the cost starts from 9.00 CHF.

Cards: Shipping costs 2.90 CHF for up to 5 cards. For more than 5, the cost starts from 4.90 CHF.
Orders are processed once full payment is received. As a small team, please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been successfully placed.
All packages are shipped via Swiss Post Priority with tracking number, and typically arrive within
1 business day after dispatch. The estimated total delivery time is between 2–5 business days.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by postal service disruptions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have reached their destination.
Make sure your shipping details are correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs for re-dispatch.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the day of delivery, under the following conditions:

The item must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, and unworn.

Any item that is damaged, worn, or not in its original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund shipping fees from the original order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether a refund is approved per mail. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Please note that custom-made, personalized and sales products are excluded from returns.
